Child Safety Standards

Finding my tribe has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE"). This page describes our standards against child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") and CSAE, as required by the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and by law.

Minimum age

Finding my "tribes" is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. Accounts we believe belong to a minor are removed.

Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate, permanent removal:

Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material in any form, including drawn, animated, or computer-generated depictions.

Sexualizing a minor in text, image, audio, or video.

Grooming, sextortion, solicitation, or any attempt to contact a minor for a sexual purpose.

Trafficking of a minor, or promoting or facilitating any of the above.

Our practices

In-app reporting is available on every profile, message, tribe, and lounge post, including a specific child safety category.

Reports of suspected CSAE are escalated to a human reviewer as a top priority and are actioned as quickly as possible.

Confirmed CSAM is removed, the account is permanently terminated, and the associated device and identifiers are blocked from re-registration.

Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, where applicable, to the relevant local authorities.

We preserve evidence as required by law and cooperate with law enforcement requests.

Our staff and moderators are instructed on how to recognize and escalate CSAE signals.

In the app: use the report option on any profile, message, or tribe and choose the child safety category.

Compliance

We comply with applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where the Service is available, including United States federal reporting obligations, and with the Google Play Developer Program Policies including the Child Safety Standards policy.
